1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PicStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PicStack provides a workspace-based platform for collecting, organizing, and managing visual references including images, GIFs, and videos.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

You retain ownership of content you upload. PicStack retains ownership of the Service, its features, and related intellectual property.

Paid plans are billed at the workspace level. You may cancel at any time. Refund policies will be detailed separately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
